If you're an experienced Accounts Payable professional who's mastered the day-to-day and is looking for more than "just another AP role", this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We're partnering with a growing mining organisation that is expanding its finance team due to continued business growth. They're looking for someone who wants to make an impact, take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, and develop as the business continues to grow.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

- Process supplier invoices, including matching, coding and batching, while resolving invoice discrepancies.

- Prepare payment runs, employee expense claims and corporate card reconciliations.

- Complete supplier statement reconciliations, maintain the AP ledger and support month-end reporting and audit requirements.

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving payment, coding and approval queries.

- Maintain supplier master data and manage new vendor onboarding.

- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and support the continued growth of the finance function.





- Provide guidance to junior team members and progressively take ownership of the AP function as you develop into a leadership role.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Solid end-to-end Accounts Payable experience.

- Proven experience managing high levels of invoices (500 per week)

- Experience with Pronto, or solid SAP skills with the ability to cross-train.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.

- Someone who is proactive, takes ownership and genuinely wants to progress their career.
