About the role: An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a growing organisation undergoing significant finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
This newly created role will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager to review, improve and document AR processes across a complex multi-entity environment. The position will play a key role in helping build scalable, efficient and standardised processes to support future growth and integration projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of operational Accounts Receivable, process improvement and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and document current end to end AR processes
- Develop process maps, SOPs, policies and procedure manuals
- Create training documentation, work instructions and onboarding materials
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation
- Support credit management processes including applications and credit review workflows
- Provide hands-on support across AR operations when required, including collections, banking and account management activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and future-state process design
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Solid end to end Accounts Receivable experience
- Previous experience in process improvement, transformation or project-focused environments
- Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, procedure manuals and process documentation
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with leadership
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support operational activities where needed
- Advanced Excel skills
