HARD BAKKA RIGGING is currently seeking an experienced Advanced Steel Rigger to join our growing structural steel erection team in Sydney. This role provides the opportunity to work on major structural steel projects, including warehouses, industrial facilities, commercial developments, and Tier 1 construction sites.

Minimum Requirements

- Minimum five years of experience in structural steel erection.
- Minimum five years of experience working on structural steel warehouse projects.
- High Risk Work Licence – Advanced Rigger (RA).
- White Card and a current driver's licence.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.

Essential Skills

Applicants must demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- Structural steel erection and installation sequencing.




- Reading and interpreting structural steel drawings.
- Dogging, lifting, and complex crane operations.
- Working safely at heights using EWPs and fall protection systems.
- Installing, plumbing, aligning, and temporarily bracing structural steel.
- Coordinating lifting operations within active construction environments.
