About the Role

As our Aftermarket Consultant, you will work closely with customers to recommend accessories and protection products that suit their lifestyle and driving needs. From touring and towing through to vehicle protection, you'll help create the ideal package while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include

- Consulting with current and used vehicle customers on genuine Ford and approved aftermarket accessories.
- Recommending 4WD and touring accessories, towing solutions, canopies, suspension, lighting and storage systems.
- Presenting protection products including window tint, paint protection, interior protection and electronic security products.
- Preparing accurate quotations and processing customer orders.
- Coordinating accessory fitment with our Sales and Service departments to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.




- Building strong relationships with customers through professional advice and outstanding service.
- Achieving aftermarket sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

About You To be successful in this role you will have:

- A genuine passion for 4WDs, vehicle accessories and aftermarket products.
- Experience in an automotive dealership, 4WD accessories retailer or a similar automotive environment.
- Knowledge of genuine and aftermarket accessory options and vehicle fitments.
- Confidence presenting vehicle protection products and value-added solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer orders.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
