You’ll join a collaborative, experienced team and play a key role in bringing together multidisciplinary delivery teams, technology specialists and senior stakeholders to drive complex initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.

The role As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the delivery of complex technology initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

You’ll work across multiple teams and technology streams, creating clarity around priorities, managing dependencies and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of delivery — bringing people together, removing roadblocks, navigating complexity and helping teams perform at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the delivery of complex digital and technology projects across a large Federal Government environment.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams including Developers, Testers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- Driving delivery planning, prioritisation and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Identifying cross-team dependencies, risks and constraints and proactively managing them to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establishing clear delivery roadmaps, milestones and priorities while ensuring stakeholders have visibility of progress and emerging issues.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and embedding practical Agile ways of working across delivery teams.




- Supporting teams to continuously improve their delivery practices, productivity and ways of working.
- Managing project budgets, resources and delivery forecasts to ensure initiatives remain on track.
- Working closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into achievable delivery outcomes.
- Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Creating an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability and high performance.
- Removing blockers and resolving delivery challenges before they impact key milestones.
- Ensuring teams remain focused on delivering maximum value within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Using delivery data and metrics to identify trends, improve predictability and support informed decision-making.
- Working across a diverse technology landscape and adapting delivery approaches to suit different programs, teams and technical environments.

What we’re looking for To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Extensive experience in delivery management, program delivery or Agile delivery within Federal Government and/or large enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and motivating Agile delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience managing complex technology projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong experience managing project budgets, resources, schedules and delivery priorities.
- Experience working with modern software development and delivery environments, including Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated leadership experience across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence,



negotiate and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- The ability to communicate complex delivery issues clearly to both technical audiences and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
- Experience working in environments with competing priorities, changing requirements and complex organisational dependencies.
- A strong focus on continuous improvement, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimise delivery processes and team performance.
- A pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to Agile delivery rather than simply following process.
- The ability to create structure and momentum in complex environments while maintaining strong relationships across teams.
