- Customer Service / Check-in Agents (Casual)

- Baggage Handling & Ramp Operations Agents (Casual)

Customer Service / Check-in Agent

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of the airline, ensuring every passenger enjoys a professional and positive experience from check-in through to boarding.

Key responsibilities include

- Passenger check-in and boarding

- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Assisting passengers with special requirements

- Processing baggage and travel documentation

- Coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures

- General airline administration

Baggage Handling & Ramp Operations

As a Ramp Operations Agent, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, helping ensure aircraft are safely prepared for on-time departures.

Key responsibilities include

- Loading and unloading aircraft baggage and freight

- Marshalling aircraft onto parking bays

- Operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE), including aircraft stairs, aircraft tugs and passenger assistance devices

- Freight shed operations





- Cabin cleaning for terminating aircraft

- Assisting with safe and efficient aircraft turnarounds

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants will have

- A current Australian Driver Licence

- Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening

- Availability to travel for initial training (if required)

- Flexibility to work a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends, split shifts and public holidays where required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- A high standard of personal presentation





Additional Requirements – Ramp Operations

- The physical ability to repetitively lift up to 32kg
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Additional Requirements – Customer Service

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
