About the Role

Ridgeline Recruitment is currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join a growing mining operation in Western Australia.

This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster working in the Goldfields region within a production mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a range of heavy mining equipment including excavators, dozers, graders and loaders within a hard rock mining environment.

- Perform production mining activities including load and haul, road maintenance, floor clean-ups, stockpile management, and material movement.

- Conduct daily pre-start inspections, Take 5s, and hazard reporting while maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards

- Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure efficient material movement

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an All Round Operator within a hard rock mining environment.

- Demonstrated operating experience across a combination of Graders, Dozers, and Excavators (120T+), with all machine combinations considered.





- Ability to operate as a back-up Production Excavator Operator when required.

- Previous experience within a gold mining or production mining environment is highly desirable.

- Strong commitment to safety and site compliance

- Current Australian driver’s license

- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

- Positive attitude and strong team focus
