About the Role At Anglicare Southern Queensland, our Allied Health team plays a vital role in supporting people to live well in their communities. As an Allied Health Lead –

Advanced Practice, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred services while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Allied Health program. This is a senior clinical role suited to an experienced practitioner who brings both depth and breadth of expertise. You’ll provide advanced clinical leadership, support best-practice service delivery, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.

Ideally looking for someone with Occupational Therapy experience and qualifications.

About You

You are an experienced and confident clinician who thrives in a community setting and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team. You bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to complex situations and are passionate about delivering high-quality care.

You will demonstrate

Advanced clinical expertise within your area of practice, ideally in a community-based setting Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex or non-routine cases independently A collaborative mindset, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging diverse stakeholders Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher)



in a relevant Allied Health discipline Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or other relevant professional body Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in your area of practice Evidence of continued professional development beyond your initial qualification Current, unrestricted Queensland Driver Licence Desirable:
