Must Have Skills: Translate business requirements into High-Level Designs (HLD) and technical user stories. Robust experience in Appian application design. Should have Integration Skills, Data & Database Knowledge. Working effectively with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Nice to Have Skills: Design seamless API integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, microservices) between internal legacy systems and external platforms.

Detailed : the key expectation is to translate business requirements into High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical user stories, with Appian L1, L2, and L3 certifications preferred and 8+ years of experience. Strong expertise in Appian BPM/Low-Code platform. Experience designing enterprise-scale workflow and case management solutions.
