Government The City of Pella is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee the operations, programming, and staffing of our aquatic facilities. This position plans and manages year-round aquatics programs, oversees pool operations, and leads a team of lifeguards, instructors, and seasonal staff while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests.
The Aquatics
Manager also oversees facility operations, budgets, concessions, and aquatic program administration. This is an exciting chance to help lead the City's aquatics program as we prepare for the opening of our new Indoor Recreation & Aquatics Center in 2027, expanding year-round aquatic opportunities for our community.
