About The Role The Product Owner is responsible to the Product Manager for:

- Coordinating and delivering high-quality platform administration, second-level support and maintenance services to ensure the effective use and operation of the Education Management System (EMS) platform.

- Developing, implementing and reviewing projects and system improvements including, but not limited to, onboarding new customers, working with Business Analysts to capture requirements, planning, configuring, implementing and testing enhancements as required

- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with vendors and service providers in order to resolve complex technical or service-related issues.

The position will work closely with other Product Owners and subject matter experts (SME) across the public education system as well as internal technical teams, in the areas of integration, data, user experience and customer support/service delivery, to ensure high-quality capability of the platform.

Special conditions The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration

ASO6 $105,747- $111,854 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
