Ready to step up in property management? Our Sunshine Coast client is looking for someone with 6–12 months experience to hit the ground running.

This full-time opportunity is designed for someone who has had exposure to the Real Estate industry, ready to get their foot in the door, learn the foundations properly, and grow into a Property Manager role over time.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across both property management support and leasing, giving you a well-rounded introduction to the industry from day one.

About the Opportunity

This role offers a genuine entry point into the real estate industry, with structured support and exposure to all aspects of property management.

Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll assist with day-to-day portfolio tasks while also playing an active role in leasing activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting routine inspections
- Communicating with tenants and landlords
- Assisting with maintenance coordination
- Helping manage lease renewals and follow-ups
- Supporting entry and exit inspections
- Handling leasing enquiries, bookings, and open homes
- Assisting with application processing
- General administration tasks across the portfolio
- Providing day-to-day support to the Property Manager

This role is designed to give you real experience, not just observation, setting you up with the skills needed to step into a Property Manager position in the future.

- 6-12 months of experience in the industry

- Have recently completed their QLD Real Estate Cert
- Want a full-time role with structured training and growth

- Are organised, proactive, and willing to learn

What You’ll Need

- Completion of the QLD Real Estate Salesperson Registration Course
- or Licence application submitted and currently pending issue
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s licence
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Confidence using technology and picking up current systems
