Role Description The Assistant Retail Manager is a full-time permanent role encompassing weekend flexibility. This role supports the Retail Manager in day-to-day store operations, including supervising team members, opening and closing the store, managing inventory and maintaining a clean and organised retail outlet.

The Assistant Retail

Manager helps customers with product selection, provides pool care advice and ensures a positive in-store experience. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring stock levels, assisting with merchandising and contributing to sales targets .

What we are looking for

- Proven retail experience, including POS systems and inventory management
- Willingness to learn all about pools and pool equipment, water testing and chemical practices.
- Ability to work in office, stand for extended periods, and safely handle retail stock and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends
