We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our dynamic team and deliver the ultimate guest experience.

The Role

As our Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll support the Venue Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You’ll be hands-on — leading the floor, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll balance service excellence with operational know-how, keeping standards high and the energy higher.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire front-of-house and bar staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Oversee service across all areas — bar, restaurant, and entertainment
- Support rostering, stock control, and ordering to meet business targets
- Maintain compliance with RSA, OH&S;, and venue safety standards
- Drive a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Assist with functions, events,



and venue promotions

About You You’re a confident, energetic leader who knows how to balance professionalism with personality. You bring solid hospitality experience and a genuine passion for great service.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Great attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Current RSA
