The Opportunity

The firm is looking for an up-and-coming Associate Adviser who is eager to elevate their career by learning alongside well-respected industry veterans. With a loyal and established book, this is an excellent knowledge accelerator as you gain exposure across business owners, high-earning professionals across education, aviation, and public sectors.

To facilitate the firm’s growth, you will be a conduit between existing Advisers and the support teams. This role offers the chance to partner closely with advisers and be a key player in the client's advice journey.





Established progression and development frameworks are well-supported internally. Precedent exists for cross-functional moves, linear adviser pathways, and individual mentorship.

The Role

- Support Senior Advisers with ongoing management of client affairs, including maintenance, strategy preparation, and progress reporting.
- Work in conjunction with Client Service Officers to tailor SOAs and ROAs for clients, reviewing final documents for quality.
- Attend client meetings alongside Advisers, for the purpose of your development and to build your knowledge across complex strategies.

About you:

- Prior experience in an Associate Adviser or similar role.
- Related degree, with explicit progression toward ASIC-approved qualifications.
- Strong technical acumen, high attention to detail and proactive in approach.
- Strategic in your thinking coupled with a commercial mindset.
- Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products.
- Be genuinely passionate and driven to succeed in this industry with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
