Keema Cars is a proudly family-owned automotive group with 70 years of success in Queensland. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing Service team at our Mt Gravatt dealership.

Home to Hyundai, Nissan, Isuzu UTE and Geely, our Mt Gravatt Service Department is one of the busiest workshops within the Keema Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and manage service bookings

- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop

- Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices





- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process

- Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment

- Most importantly, bring a positive & resilient attitude, enjoy what you do, and have fun while being part of a high-performing team.

About You

✨ Exceptional customer service and communication skills

? Organised, proactive and detail-oriented

? Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential

? Confident using computers and dealership software

? Automotive servicing and repair knowledge highly regarded

? Positive, resilient and solutions-focused attitude

? Eager to learn, grow and embrace current opportunities
