About the role

107 Coffee Terminal is a busy, well-established café in Capalaba known for serving high-quality coffee, fresh food, and providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista to join our friendly team. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing consistently high-quality espresso coffee
- Creating silky textured milk and latte art
- Making cold drinks including frappes, milkshakes, smoothies, fresh juices, mocktails and other café beverages
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing POS transactions
- Assisting with food running and general front-of-house duties when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work area
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services
- Supporting your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

- Previous café barista experience is essential
- Confident working on a commercial espresso machine
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure




- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, honest and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- High attention to cleanliness and presentation
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Able to work as part of a close-knit team
