About the Role

As a Barista / Cafe All-Rounder, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by providing friendly service and preparing high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with short-order cooking and sandwich preparation.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Operate POS and EFTPOS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient café operations.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- At least 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Barista experience and food preparation skills.
- A current Food Safety Certificate.
- Experience using POS, EFTPOS, and cash handling systems.
- A reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
