About The Venue:

We are a craft cocktail bar with a Japanese-inspired food offering, built around charcoal cooking, seasonality, and a strong focus on thoughtful, low-waste hospitality.

We're currently seeking a Bartender to join the team.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, attention to detail and a natural ability to connect with people. Technical skills can be taught — hospitality mindset can’t.

This role will also involve cross-training into FOH, along with developing strong knowledge of both our food and beverage program over time.

You do not need to arrive with extensive craft cocktail or beverage knowledge. What is essential is a genuine interest in cocktails, spirits, wine and sake, along with an enthusiasm for learning, developing your knowledge and growing within hospitality.

We’ll provide training across our drinks philosophy, cocktail preparation, service standards, venue systems and the finer details that shape the guest experience. Whether it's learning craft cocktail techniques, understanding flavour pairings, working with premium ingredients or refining service skills, we’re looking for someone with a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Bartender Role:
