This is an opportunity to take ownership of rent roll growth within an ambitious Western Sydney real estate business. You’ll be supported by established Property Management and Sales teams while focusing on what you do best—building relationships, conducting rental appraisals and securing current managements.

The prospect This is a dedicated BDM position for someone who enjoys being visible in the local market and generating opportunities through consistent prospecting, networking and relationship-building.

You will

- Generate new property management business through prospecting, referrals, networking and marketing initiatives
- Conduct rental appraisals and convert opportunities into signed management agreements
- Build relationships with landlords, investors, developers and referral partners
- Follow up investor leads and appraisal enquiries promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll




- Work closely with the Sales and Property Management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development activity
- Represent the agency professionally at local events and within the community
