Run the marketing engine behind a growing portfolio of brands. Social, Shopify, email, launches, the works. This is a doing role, not a deck role. We're Slyletica, a brand-building company. We've worked with 1,000+ product brands and generate $120M+ in client revenue.

Now we're scaling our own portfolio across apparel, beauty, pet, and lifestyle, and we need someone to run the marketing on the ground. We're hiring a Brand & Marketing Specialist to run the day-to-day marketing operations across that portfolio.

The Managing

Director sets the go-to-market strategy for each brand.

You take that strategy and run with it: social calendars, Shopify operations, email marketing, brand launches, external agency coordination, and the day-to-day execution that turns strategy into results. You will work with brands such as Pet Culture Co, Slyletica, Derrimut and some exciting co-labs we have in the works. This is a hands-on, exciting opportunity, where you will build Klavivo flow, film, edit and post content yourself. You’ll be the one to bring these brands to life.

Your Role: Social content: you're running the content calendar across our brand portfolio, scheduling, posting, watching engagement, and keeping each brand sounding like itself.

Content creation: shooting and editing the low-fi stuff yourself (BTS, day-in-the-life, product flat-lays, Reels, carousels, statics). The big brand campaigns are outsourced to agencies, you brief them and keep them on track.

Shopify: setting up products, managing landing pages for launches, tweaking collections, running sales and discounts, the odd theme tweak.

Email: building and running the flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) plus campaigns.

Launches: owning brand launches, drops, pop-up events, and partnerships start to finish. You're the one making sure the moving parts actually move, and that launches land on time.

Coordination: working closely with brand owners, founders, and our external creative agencies.

Who You Are: You've spent 4+ years as a Marketing Coordinator, Brand Coordinator, or similar, ideally juggling more than one brand at a time in D2C, fashion, beauty, pet or lifestyle. You are confident and know your way around Shopify, Klaviyo or similar, Social schedulers, Canva and AI tools.

Your comfortable shooting and editing on your phone and on the fly. (Able to edit on CapCut, Premiere or similar).

You are comfortable being given a strategy and executing it. You are excited to help build campaigns and see them go live. You can hold three or four brands in your head at once and switch context. You are eager to be in office in the office 4-5 days a week to capture the action, our content is real. You are able to train and coach new founders in our community on their brands. Ideal but not essential (We can teach you):

Experience launching new D2C brands from scratch (coming soon page through to first month of sales).

Experience writing or producing B2B credibility content (case studies, LinkedIn, brand storytelling).

Experience working with external creative agencies and briefing them well.

Experience working at a multi-brand group before.
