About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you’ll lead and oversee multiple Dandenong based business units, providing strategic direction, operational leadership and commercial oversight.
Your key focus is to drive territory growth and execute the strategic plan for our Power & Energy Division - expanding market presence, strengthening customer value and delivering sustainable commercial results.
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing and executing territory growth strategies to increase revenue, margin and market share
- Overseeing operational performance, driving productivity, efficiency and cost control
- Monitoring financial performance and key metrics, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and accountability
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Leading, coaching and developing leaders to build capability and drive a high-performance culture
