The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the owner, you'll oversee the daily operations of this busy, fast-paced café while leading from the front and creating an environment where both the team and customers thrive.

You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements and genuinely shape the future direction of the business. Every day will be different,



and you'll be empowered to contribute ideas that improve both the customer experience and overall business performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

Whether it's jumping behind the coffee machine during a busy rush, helping deliver catering orders, supporting the kitchen, greeting customers on the floor or mentoring team members, you'll be the kind of leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
