Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Manager to lead our Brisbane sales operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about developing people, driving performance and building a high-performing culture.

Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering outstanding sales results, exceptional customer experiences and continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Drive daily sales performance while maintaining strong profitability and gross margins.





Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Monitor CRM activity to ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries, appointments, test drives and customer communications.

Conduct daily sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews.

Recruit, mentor and develop future sales leaders.

Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable for sales performance, customer experience, finance penetration and daily activity.

Analyse sales reports, conversion rates, pipeline performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Forecast sales performance and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Vehicle Delivery, Marketing and After Sales teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience.
