About the Role Lead a dedicated team of educators alongside a full-time Assistant Director and Educational Leader, giving you the support to focus on what matters most—leading your people, building meaningful relationships with families and creating a positive centre culture.

With an established service and strong occupancy sitting at 100%, you'll have the opportunity to focus on developing your team, driving quality outcomes and creating an engaging environment where children, families and educators can thrive.

What We're Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a comparable leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, QIP and Education and Care Regulations
- Proven ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Experience using Qikkids, Xplor or similar childcare management software
- Current WWCC or VIT Registration together with First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
- Full Australian working rights
