About the Role

Under limited direction, the Centre Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership of the Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) in Mount Gambier. The role ensures the delivery of a welcoming, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, person-centred and culturally safe service that reflects the MMHC model of care and aligns with organisational policies, procedures, funding agreements and contractual requirements.

The position leads multidisciplinary teams, including peer workers and clinicians, to provide accessible mental health support through a "no wrong door" approach, ensuring consumers, carers and families can access assessment, treatment, care coordination, navigation and referral pathways appropriate to their needs.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
