We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is serious about their craft and wants to grow with a fast-paced, high-standard venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with Blackout’s menu and standards
- Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and portion control
- Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage prep, stock rotation, and minimise wastage
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements





- Diploma in hospitality is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Chef
- Strong understanding of flavour profiles, presentation, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
