Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop explicit, step-by-step solution walkthroughs with precise, well-structured reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry
Provide structured,
expert feedback that directly improves AI reasoning in STEM fields Who You Are Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous reasoning
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
