We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our Victorian Operations team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for ensuring our cleaning operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The position is primarily Monday to Friday, with standard working hours of 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. However, flexibility is required as start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting regular quality inspections across allocated client sites.
- Supervising, leading and supporting cleaning staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
- Organising and coordinating periodic cleaning works and ad hoc cleaning tasks.
- Training, mentoring and monitoring staff performance.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and responding promptly to operational requirements.




- Completing inspection reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with staff rostering and operational planning when required.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- A current and valid Australian Driver Licence (essential).
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A White Card is highly regarded.
