We're looking for a highly organised Client Services Coordinator who enjoys creating exceptional client experiences and making sure every detail is taken care of.

Working alongside our national consultant network, you'll take over the coordination of confirmed bookings, managing contracts, travel and logistics while supporting clients and speakers every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by:

- Coordinating speaker bookings from confirmation through to completion
- Preparing and managing contracts
- Liaising with clients, speakers, consultants and suppliers
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Managing briefing logistics
- Preparing invoices and supporting financial administration
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
- Providing proactive support across our Client Services team

About you

You'll be someone who

- Can confidently manage multiple priorities
- Is proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable
- Communicates professionally with people at all levels
- Works well independently in a remote environment

You'll ideally have experience in:
- Client Services
- Administration or Operations
- Contract Administration
- Event Coordination
- Travel Coordination
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, travel booking platforms and an understanding of financial systems such as Xero will be highly regarded.

Remuneration A remuneration package from $75,000 +super will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with experience. Ready to join us?
