Earning Potential: $5,250 - $6,000 p/week I Hybrid $175 - $200 per hour The Intensive Trauma Treatment Centre (ITTC) in Stafford, Brisbane is seeking skilled and compassionate mental health professionals to join our team. The ITTC is the only clinic in Australia to replicate Psytec’s model of intensive trauma therapy, combining prolonged imaginal exposure (PE) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing 2.0 (EMDR 2.0).

The ITTC is looking for appropriately qualified staff from the following professions:

- Clinical Psychologists
- Registered Psychologists
- Mental Health Social Workers
- Mental Health Occupational Therapists
- Mental Health Nurse
- Counsellors

As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting clients who are suffering from the impacts of trauma and personality disorders, providing them with the specialised care and treatment necessary for their recovery and well-being. The ITTC treats clients from a range of insurers and pathways, including but not limited to DVA, WorkCover, CTP Insurers, and Private clients. This exciting contract opportunity offers flexibility, allowing you to apply your expertise in a energetic and supportive environment that specialises in evidence-based active trauma focused treatment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for trauma clients.
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities mainly EMDR2.0 and PE Therapy.




- Collaborate with an interprofessional team of clinicians to ensure holistic, client centred care.
- Maintain detailed case notes and contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of client progress.
- Assist with the development and delivery of psychoeducation workshops for clients.

Successful applicant will have:

- Experience in PE therapy and/or EMDR 2.0 preferred, with EMDR standard protocol qualification and experience considered if willing to train in EMDR 2.0.
- Fully registered and accredited in your profession.
- Experience working with complex trauma and/or personality vulnerable clients, with the provision of evidence-based trauma-focused therapies.
- Strong clinical skills in psychological assessment, case formulation, and the design and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans.
- A strong ethical approach to clinical practice.
