We are passionate about enhancing quality of life for people living with a life-limiting illness.
Volunteers play an important role in helping patients and families feel supported, welcome, and cared for.

Thursdays
2-hour shift from 9:30am
As a HammondCare Volunteer, You'll Receive
Training, including how to use the coffee machine
Ongoing support from a local HammondCare Volunteer Coordinator The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families The chance to work alongside a friendly and supportive volunteer team
About the Role
Work alongside another volunteer to prepare and serve coffees.
Provide a welcoming presence for patients, families, and visitors.
Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check, which HammondCare will organise and pay for.
Volunteers must
Be aged 18 years or over
Be willing to meet immunisation requirements, including a serology blood test and recommended vaccinations

Ideally, you'll be available for a 2-hour shift on Thursdays from 9:30am at Neringah Hospital Volunteers must be aged 18+ and meet HammondCare's immunisation requirements.
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare • -Volunteers work together in pairs. -Full training on the coffee machine and role requirements is provided. -This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and making people feel welcome.
