Are you a caring, reliable person who enjoys helping others and being part of the community? We’re looking for a Companion Driver to join our growing team in the "Port Douglas Region"

We’re more than just a transport service — we provide safe, supportive, and friendly companionship for older people, individuals living with disability or dementia, and those needing a helping hand to stay connected with their community.

This is much more than a driving job. You'll be supporting older Australians and people living with disability by providing safe, reliable transport and genuine companionship. Whether it's taking clients to medical appointments, shopping, social outings or community activities, you'll help people maintain their independence while building meaningful relationships.

About You

We are ideally looking for someone who is:

- Semi-retired or retired (preferred), looking for versatile and rewarding work.
- Friendly, patient and compassionate with an outgoing personality.
- Reliable, professional and well-presented.
- Passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity and willing to grow with our business.

Essential Requirements





- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or a related qualification.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current Queensland Driver Licence with an excellent driving record.
- Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Children (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain.

Highly Desirable

We would love to hear from applicants who also have experience or skills in areas such as:

- Marketing or social media.
- Information Technology or computer skills.
- Business administration or management.
- Community services or customer service.
- Event coordination or networking.

These additional skills could provide opportunities to contribute beyond driving as our business continues to expand.
