Due to the growth of this industry leader our client is looking to expand their Perth office. They require a contract specialist from large projects in the north of WA

About the Role of Contracts Administrator:

Duties will comprise but not be limited to:

- Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors and clients
- Must be able to design a full sub-contractors contract
- Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
- Preparing and interpreting turnover / cash flow projections and profit / loss forecasts
- Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
- Preparing and presentation of financial control
- The preparation and agreement of final accounts





As a Contracts Administrator you will have had at least 7 years experience in a previous role and have experience on projects over $300m in value. Benefits / Allowances for Contracts Administrator
