We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. ? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources ?
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through data analysis
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
- Support data quality, integrity, and governance initiatives
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and business intelligence projects
- Document analytical processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau , or Looker Studio is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Understanding of databases, reporting tools, and data analysis methodologies
- Internship experience, academic projects, or relevant certifications are considered an advantage
