We are currently seeking a commercially focused and relationship-driven Dealer Business Manager – Queensland to support and grow Renault's dealer network across the state. Working from your home office and travelling regularly to dealerships throughout Queensland, this role will be responsible for driving dealer performance, implementing retail strategies and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across the network.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with dealer principals and dealership management teams to drive profitable business performance
- Support dealers in achieving sales, market share, customer satisfaction and aftersales objectives
- Analyse dealership performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Develop and implement dealer business plans aligned with Renault Australia's strategic objectives
- Coach and support dealers in areas including sales processes, marketing initiatives, customer experience and network standards
- Monitor vehicle ordering, stock management and retail performance to maximise sales opportunities




- Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to deliver consistent support to the dealer network
- Identify opportunities for network growth and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Renault policies and brand standards
- Represent Renault Australia at dealer meetings, launches, training events and other industry activities as required

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in automotive dealer operations, dealer development or business management
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and develop practical improvement strategies
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
- A collaborative approach with the ability to engage effectively with both dealers and internal stakeholders
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while managing a Queensland territory
- A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer and dealer outcomes
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Queensland
