Position Overview The Delegate Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting sponsorship revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the execution of sponsorship agreements. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in sales, with a passion for events and strong relationship building skills.

What We’re Looking For

- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management (events/media experience is a plus but not essential)
- Communication:



Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking to C-level executives.
- Sales Mindset: Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by exceeding goals.
- Organisation: Ability to manage pipelines, track activity, and prioritise effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
