About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at Dentist@330, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. This part-time position offers the prospect to work in a modern, technology-driven practice within a friendly, collaborative and patient-focused workplace. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant with a minimum of two years' experience working in an Australian dental practice who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with the following preferred roster:

- Monday: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:15 am – 4:15 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm (Saturday penalty rates apply)

What You'll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organised clinical environment
- Sterilising instruments and maintaining the highest standards of infection control
- Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks
- Supporting reception duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, processing payments and managing patient enquiries (approximately 30–40% of the role)
- Working collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assisting with advanced digital dentistry, including CEREC, digital scanning, 3D printing and dental implant procedures

What We're Looking For





- A minimum of two years' experience as a Dental Assistant in an Australian dental practice
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence using computers (experience with Dental4Windows is an advantage)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience with both chairside assisting and reception duties
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient care
- An interest in working with advanced technology, including CEREC, digital scanning and 3D printing
- A reliable, proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
