About the Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults across the Audi vehicle range. You'll use advanced diagnostic equipment and technical resources to accurately identify faults and deliver repairs to Audi manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults.
- Utilise Audi diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify issues.
- Perform advanced testing, fault-finding and vehicle system analysis.
- Complete repairs and technical work to Audi manufacturer standards.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, testing and road tests to verify repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to workshop technicians when required.
- Accurately document diagnostic findings, repairs and warranty information.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and workshop presentation.
- Participate in ongoing Audi manufacturer training and technical development.

About You

You're an experienced technician who enjoys solving complex problems and has a genuine passion for automotive technology and diagnostics.

You'll Bring

- Trade qualification as a Motor Vehicle Technician.




- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, ideally within a premium brand.
- Robust knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
- Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
- Confidence using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
