We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our head office based in Brisbane. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional who enjoys campaign execution, channel performance and data-driven optimisation.

About the role

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will deliver and optimise REIQ’s digital marketing activity across paid media, website and landing pages, email, automation, social scheduling, audience segmentation and reporting. You will own campaign execution, channel performance, tracking, analytics and marketing operations, working closely with the Content Manager on copy and messaging and the Creative Content Coordinator on visual assets and brand execution.

Your day may include

- Coordinating and executing digital campaigns across product, event, membership, training and brand priorities

- Turning briefs into channel activity, timelines, tasks and launch requirements

- Managing campaign timelines, assets, approvals and delivery through Monday.com or agreed project tools

- Coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to launch activity accurately and on time

- Managing or coordinating Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and display advertising, including agency activity where required





- Building and updating campaign webpages and landing pages using approved copy and creative assets

- Configuring forms, links, integrations, conversion paths, analytics tags, pixels and tracking before launch

- Maintaining social calendars, scheduling and publishing content, and moderating engagement

- Producing campaign reports, dashboards and post-campaign insights using GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics and Looker Studio

- Maintaining UTM conventions, campaign naming, tracking standards and CRM database hygiene

Our ideal current addition will have

- Experience coordinating multi-channel digital campaigns, ideally in membership, events, education or professional services

- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and display advertising

- Experience building landing pages, updating webpages and configuring forms, links, integrations and conversion paths

- Experience with EDM build, segmentation, A/B testing, marketing automation or CRM platforms

- Strong understanding of GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Looker Studio, UTMs, pixels, tags and conversion events

- Ability to interpret campaign data and recommend practical optimisations

- Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, data accuracy and compliance, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, agencies and stakeholders

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation or CRM systems are desirable
