Caterpillar Kidz ELC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educators who are Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care professional to join our team on a part-time basis in Reservoir, VIC 3073. This role is fundamental to providing high-quality early childhood education and care services to our community. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development, wellbeing, and learning during their formative years.

Key responsibilities
- Providing safe, nurturing and stimulating care and educational experiences for children in early childhood settings
- Planning, implementing and evaluating developmentally appropriate learning activities and experiences that support children's cognitive, emotional, social and physical development
- Observing and documenting children's progress,
achievements and developmental milestones to inform individualised learning approaches
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's development, progress and wellbeing
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised learning setting that complies with health and safety standards and legislation
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and behaviour guidance using positive and constructive approaches
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency in practices and to provide quality care across the centre
- Following and adhering to all centre policies, procedures and relevant early childhood education and care regulations
- Contributing to the overall operation and success of the centre through teamwork and professional conduct
