Trulux is an Australian cosmetics manufacturer based in Frenchs Forest, Sydney.

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to handle our rapidly growing dispatch warehouse.

Role and Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Manage logistics operations and ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide resolutions
- Investigate and resolve logistical issues proactively
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including order picking/packing, palletizing orders, receiving stock, organizing inventory, general cleaning and organizing the warehouse
- Coordinate with other company departments
- Must be physically fit and strong, be able to lift containers up to 25kg
- Other duties as required by the company

To be successful in this role you will need:

- robust problem solving skills
- to be adaptable, resourceful and a quick learner to be able to adjust to new challenges and constantly shifting priorities
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- a high level of attention to detail
- the ability to work cleanly with speed and accuracy
- Experience with shipping platforms such as Starshipit, and carriers like TNT,



FedEx, DHL, Courier Please, Australia Post, Bonds Transport, and Direct Couriers is beneficial
- warehouse experience (picking/packing orders, pallet jacks/forklifts/walkie stacker) would be advantageous
- Logistics experience is ideal, but not necessary. Training will be provided on the job.
