With campuses in Warracknabeal, Hopetoun and Beulah, and conveniently located between Adelaide and Melbourne, Rural Northwest Health provides a wide range of services including acute, urgent care, residential aged care, and comprehensive community health and allied services.

Rural Northwest Health is seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join the District Nursing team. Job-sharing arrangements will be considered for the full-time role based at the Warracknabeal campus, and short shifts will be considered for casual roles across all campuses. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of person-centred care within the community.

The successful candidate will have:





- At least 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
- Current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to deliver protected, high-quality care relevant to experience
- Experience working in aged care and in a community setting
- Sound clinical nursing assessment and care planning skills
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current and valid Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Current Driver’s Licence
