The Opportunity
Our brand-new Bright Steps Academy centres are opening soon, and we are building an entirely new team of passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma Educators and Certificate III Educators.
This is a unique opportunity to join a centre from the very beginning. You'll play a key role in establishing a positive team culture, building strong relationships with families and colleagues, and creating inspiring learning environments where children can thrive.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher or Educator at Bright Steps Academy, you will:
- Help establish a positive, welcoming and collaborative culture within a brand-new centre
- Create nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environments
- Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful, play-based experiences
- Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families and the local community
- Work collaboratively with a new team of passionate early childhood professionals
- Contribute to a positive, safe and high-quality early learning environment
- Assist in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant legislation
- Foster children's confidence, curiosity and lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing high-quality care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, professional and collaborative approach
- Enthusiasm for joining a brand-new centre and helping build a strong team culture
- A commitment to creating inclusive environments where every child feels safe, supported and valued
