- We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to join our Melbourne headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital retail, operations and customer experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring our online stores operate seamlessly while identifying opportunities to improve merchandising, inventory, customer experience and commercial performance.
- Based in Melbourne (hybrid) and reporting to the General Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operations of Time+Tide's global eCommerce business across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Website Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify stores across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing and merchandising.
- Coordinate product launches, pre-orders and promotional campaigns across all storefronts.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience and Brand teams to optimise site performance and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising and on-site content.
- Inventory & Operations
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and retail locations.
- Generate purchase orders and support supplier replenishment processes.
- Produce stock-on-hand, sell-through and inventory performance reports.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between regions and Discovery Studios.
- Support new product onboarding, catalog maintenance and product lifecycle management
- Marketing & Trading
- Partner with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
- Assist with email marketing through Klaviyo, ensuring products and campaigns are accurately merchandised.
- Monitor website performance, sales trends and customer behaviour using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Provide recommendations to improve conversion, average order value and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience
- Support the Customer Experience team by maintaining accurate product information and website content.
- Assist in resolving website, order, and product issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support CRM initiatives designed to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field
- 1-2 years' experience in eCommerce, retail operations or digital marketing.
- Strong experience working with Shopify or another leading eCommerce platform.
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for watches, luxury products, or enthusiast communities is highly regarded.
