Role Description The eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator at Centro Educação e Treinamento Eliana Villela is a part-time remote role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining digital learning experiences. This role involves creating interactive eLearning modules, uploading and organizing course content in the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring SCORM-compliant materials function correctly.

The position includes collaborating with subject matter experts to translate training needs into effective online courses, configuring LMS settings, managing user enrollments, and tracking learner progress. The eLearning Developer / LMS Administrator will also support learners and trainers with technical issues, perform regular quality checks on content and platform performance, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in E-Learning Development and experience creating interactive, multimedia-rich online courses.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, including structuring content, defining learning objectives,



and applying adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management and LMS administration, including user management, reporting, and course configuration.
- Knowledge of Training & Development practices to align eLearning solutions with organizational learning goals.
- Practical understanding of SCORM standards and their application in eLearning content packaging and deployment.
- Familiarity with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar) and basic graphic or video editing tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, work independently in a remote environment, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and subject matter experts.
- Relevant education or certifications in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field are beneficial.
