SJG Midland Public Hospital are currently seeking passionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse's (EN) and Registered Nurse's (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on a permanent basis in our Permanent pool. To be considered for these opportunities you would need to be available for a minimum of 21 hours per week.

St John of God Midland Hospital offers services in perioperative care, chemotherapy, elective surgery, maternity services, trauma & emergency, general medicine and mental health care.

We have a variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle
- Monday to Sunday morning and afternoon shift is 7 hours (0700 – 1430 and 1400 – 2130)
- Monday to Sunday night shift is 10 hours (2100 - 0730)
The Position
- Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
- Promotes and contributes to effective communication,
facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
- Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
- Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and preceptoring staff. Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
You will hold registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse. You will demonstrate commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
To succeed you will have an ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Minimum 2 years previous experience within a hospital environment and postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded.

We can offer you
- Enrolled Nurse Salary: $72,637 to $94,929 (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation
- Registered Nurse Salary:
$82,945 to $106,630 (pro rata for part-time) plus 12% superannuation
