Advanced Design Innovations (ADI) is a Wodonga based manufacturer of motorised external shading systems for architects, builders, and commercial clients for Australia and overseas clients. Some of our patented products are world firsts in the international façade industry and are now sought after in Australia and overseas.

ADI designs, engineers, and manufactures in-house, using CNC lathes and milling machines. ADI takes pride in manufacturing a world class product meeting client specifications and expectations.

As we continue to grow, we are looking We're looking for a permanent estimator based in Wodonga, working 5 days a week, to be the first point of contact for our clients and manage all communication before a project gets underway.

What You'll Do

● Handle inbound client inquiries via phone and email. ● Conduct discovery calls with architects and builders to understand project scope, site conditions, and requirements

● Prepare detailed, accurate quotes and cost estimates

● Manage all client communication through the quoting process, from first inquiry to sending the final quote

● Build strong working relationships with architects, builders, and developers

● Managing standardised pricing for distributors in both Australia and overseas.

What We're Looking For

● Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or engineering,



with a track record of liaising directly with architects and/or builders ● Confidence reading plans and translating client requirements into accurate quotes

● Experienced using Excel for setting up standardised pricing templates.

● Strong numeracy and attention to detail — you understand that getting pricing right matters

● Excellent communication skills — skilled, polite, and confident on the phone and in writing

● A quick learner, happy to be trained on our products and their capabilities

● Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho — or willingness to learn our system quickly

● Comfortable working in a small business where you'll wear a few hats
