- TC & TMI 1 & 2 — current and non-negotiable
- Real on-road experience — you've worked live sites and you know the difference between "she'll be right" and "she's done right"
- Pride in your setups, your crew, your name, and the company you wear
- A team-first attitude — you back the people next to you
- For Team Leaders: ability to run a crew, manage a site, and set the standard
