About the Role

Whether you’re an experienced waiter or a talented bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering the level of hospitality that defines our venues.

You’ll work alongside a passionate team that values professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail and continuous learning.

As a Wait Staff member, you will:

- Deliver polished, attentive and personalised table service.

- Guide guests through our food, sake, wine and cocktail offerings with confidence.

- Build genuine connections with guests through warm, knowledgeable hospitality.

- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.

- Maintain impeccable presentation and attention to every detail.

As a Bartender, you will:

- Prepare premium cocktails with consistency and precision.

- Deliver efficient, engaging service while maintaining exceptional standards.

- Develop strong knowledge of Japanese spirits, whisky, sake and our curated beverage list.

- Maintain a clean, organised and professional bar environment.





- Contribute creatively while respecting the quality and consistency of our beverage program.

We’re Looking For People Who:

- Have previous experience in quality restaurants, cocktail bars or fine dining venues.

- Are passionate about food, wine, cocktails and exceptional service.

- Bring positive energy and a genuine team-first attitude.

- Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.

- Thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.

- Take pride in personal presentation and attention to detail.

- Are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience with Japanese cuisine or premium dining.

- Wine, sake or whisky knowledge.

- Cocktail experience in high-volume premium venues.

- WSET, RSA
